We are looking for qualified trainees to join our internship program (6 to 12 months). We have the following area openings:
Networks Field Techs (on site)
- MUST have basic knowledge of A+, MCSE, career goal in CCxx or CISSP
- Using various platforms from Microsoft to Vmware
- Knowledge in client/server/Layer 1 to 3
- Configure security appliance like firewall etc.
- On/Off site install/support
- MUST meet background check
- MUST have valid driver’s license
Testing and Tech Support
- MUST be customer service driven
- Knowledge in computer programs
- Serve as Tier 1/first level support
- Log service calls
- Schedule appointments for techs
- Daily update systems
- Learn system testing and document results
- Write internal/external user guide
